Some items arrived dirty, others with very noticeable creasing, and due to poor packaging other completely ruined. I tried to explain to the manufacturer that I would not be able to sell these items to customers and was told items still served their purpose and would only be able to receive a refund for 3 items. I provided pictures and videos multiple times but they didn’t seem to
care at all as they had already made up their mind on only refunding the money for 3 items.

Before shipping, I took photos for the customer to check. We made the hat like this, and I don't understand why it turned out like that. We used a cardboard box for packaging. Despite this, we are still actively cooperating with the buyer to handle this matter. But obviously your behavior is excessive, which is not conducive to better problem resolution.
